The UDC2500 universal controller is part of Honeywell’s complete line of ¼ DIN temperature controllers. 

This digital controller monitors and controls temperature and other variables such as flow, level and pressure in several applications, 

including furnace and ovens, environmental chambers and packaging machinery. 

The UDC2500 universal controller is also available with FM approval as a high/low temperature limit.

What Is It?

UDC2500 is a high-powered microprocessor-based temperature controller, available in the popular 1/4 DIN size. Besides temperature, 

it monitors and controls pressure, flow, level and other process variables and is ideal for wash-down applications in the food and beverage 

and pharmaceutical industries. Intuitive design and unique features makes this digital controller easy to deploy, configure and maintain.

With an accuracy of 0.25%, UDC 2500 allows users to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of their production environment. 

Advanced features such as the thermocouple health diagnostic help with proactive maintenance, while Accutune III with fuzzy overshoot suppression, 

which recognizes both setpoint and load changes, makes the installation and set-up quick and easy.

Dimensions

The controller is housed in a 4.5-inch (114 mm) deep, black plastic case with a dark gray elastomer bezel, that can be panel

mounted in a 1/4 DIN cutout. The plug-in chassis allows easy access to the controller board and its various option boards. All

power, input, and output wiring are connected to screw terminals on the rear panel.
